WWE at Lawlor Events Center (10/6/02)

Lawlor Events Center
Reno, Nevada
October 6, 2002

While the stars of Smackdown were having a Sunday house show in San Angelo, Texas....the stars of Raw were having their own at the Lawlor Events Center in Reno, Nevada. Its almost the exact same card as yesterday's show at the Arco Arena. Lets get right to it.

Match 1

D-Lo Brown vs Raven

D-Lo had been winning the matches against Raven with a sky high every night. This was no different.

Winner: D-Lo Brown by pinfall

Match 2

William Regal and Lance Storm vs The Dudley Boys (Bubba Ray and Spike)

With D'Von busy in San Angelo, Bubba and Spike team up to once again defeat Lance and Regal.

Winners: Dudley Boys

Match 3

Mark Jindrak and Johnny Stamboli vs Justin Credible and Steven Richards

Its WCW vs ECW now that Raven and D-Lo were taken off their respective teams. Credible and Richards got the duke.

Winners: Credible and Richards

Match 4

Jeff Hardy vs Chris Jericho

Jericho is very unhappy after dropping the IC title to Kane on Raw. He takes his frustrations out on Jeff Hardy who he beats.

Winner: Jericho

Match 5

Goldust vs Big Show

Once again Goldust is fed to the angry giant who's unhappy about his booking (on screen anyway). Big Show wins it.

Winner: Big Show

Match 6

3 Minute Warning (Rosey and Jamal) with Rico vs Kane and The Hurricane for the World Tag Team Championships

3 Minute Warning were pretty much undefeated on television but Kane and Hurricane had been beating them on the houses. Kane and Hurricane retain.

Winners: Kane and The Hurricane (still Word Tag Team Champions)

Match 7

Rob Van Dam vs Triple H for the World Heavyweight Championship

The rematch from Unforgiven is the main event of the house show circuits. HHH wins it to retain.

Winner: HHH (still WHC)

Same card and matches from yesterday with the same results. Raw had a serious talent depth problem but luckily it was about to be fixed. Just have to ride it out until then. Also, like I mentioned yesterday, a very distasteful storyline was about to begin and Raw was about to enter a dark phase. Pray for me. Sunday Night Heat's taping is next so I'll see you there.
